Demolition permits have been issued for the removal of a three-story multi-unit masonry residence located at 910 N Wood Street in West Town’s East Village neighborhood. Permits were most recently submitted for the property in 2021 for the current structure.

Although the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is made up of three sites, this first phase will focus on one site across the street from The Hatchery located at 3209 W Lake Street.
