The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted approval for a new four-story residential development at 4311 N Western Avenue in West Ravenswood. The site is located on an interior lot along N Western Avenue, between W Cullom Avenue and W Pensacola Avenue. The nearest public transportation is the 49 CTA Bus, accessed at the Montrose and Western stop, a three-minute walk away. The Western CTA L station, serviced by the Brown Line, is a nine-minute walk away. Heffernan Builders LLC is responsible for the project.
Construction permits have been issued for a two-story residential buildingĀ at 2811 W Jackson Boulevard in East Garfield Park.
Construction is imminent for a new six-story mixed-use development at 61 W Erie Street in River North. Located on a corner lot along W Erie Street and a public alley between N Dearborn Street and N Clark Street, the building will be within a six-minute walk of the Grand CTA L station, service by the Red Line. LG Development Group is the developer behind the project.
Fencing has been spotted at the future 7.5-acre site of Southbank, which is the northern half of the originally planned Riverline development in South Loop. In 2019, Riverline was split into two parts by its co-developers, Lendlease and CMK.
