Located on the intersection of W Lawrence Avenue and N Central Park Avenue, the corner site is currently an unused vacant lot. Celadon Holdings is the developer behind the proposal.
Work has topped out on the remaining section of 957 W Grace Street, aka The Grace, a now partially-opened apartment building in Lake View.
