Masonry work and glass installation is nearly complete for Panorama Chicago, an eight-story mixed-use development at 3300 N Clark Street in Lake View. Developed by BlitzLake Partners and designed by bKL Architecture, the building will bring ground-level retail and 140 apartment units to the commercially-dense area.
Ryan Companies has completed a distribution center for Amazon in the Pullman Crossings industrial park. The completion of the warehouse, located at 10700 S Doty Avenue in the Pullman neighborhood, concludes the multi-phase development of the 62-acre industrial site. Ryan Companies served as the developer for Pullman Crossings, in collaboration with community developer Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives.

JDL Development has revealed plans for the proposed North Union development in Near North Side. Generally bounded by the CTA Brown Line tracks and W Oak Street, W Chestnut Street, and N Wells Street, the North Union site will span eight acres. Consisting of 15 buildings across the entire property, the design team includes Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Goettsch Partners, Latent Design, and Omni Workshop.
