Construction photos currently show the building’s structure reaching the final floor, where the rooftop deck will be. Additionally, the main curtain wall now covers the first seven floors, with the eighth floor partially installed.
Permits were filed recently for a four-story residential building at 3253 N Elston Avenue in Avondale. The lot currently sits empty, as the three-floor duplex home once on the property was demolished between 2016 and 2017.

Division, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $380,000 as the cost for the overall development.
