The owner of the permits is listed as Noonan Properties LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield six dwelling units and two retail spots. The second, third, and fourth floors will also feature front balconies. There will be a roof deck with six parking spaces. The build will replace a vacant lot.

Currently occupied by a single-family home, the property is located midblock between N Richmond Street and N Francisco Avenue fronting W Belmont Avenue. James Noonan of Castle Masonry Incorporated is the developer behind the proposal.

Noonan, is planning three dwellings within the development. The roof will feature a deck and enclosure, while the front side will contain balconies for the above-ground units. The back area will include a three-story attached staircase, as well as a three-car garage with an additional deck and pergola atop.
