The roof has now been installed for 801 W Belmont Avenue, a two-story commercial development that will occupy a prominent corner site in Lakeview East. The project is developed by Hubbard Street Group, which also owns several other properties along the busy commercial corridor.

Being developed by the Chicago Department of Housing (DOH) itself, the proposal has gone through a handful of revisions prior to their zoning application for the Brook Architecture-designed buildings.
