Two separate demolition permits have been issued for 2235 W Roscoe Street in Roscoe Village, where owner Gino Battaglia is planning to remove a two-story masonry mixed-use building in the front, as well as a single-story masonry coach house in the rear.
Exterior work has reached the top floor of AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use building located at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. Developed by AMLI, programming is set to include retail at ground level, as well as 318 apartments on the above floors. The new structure will stand 225 feet, replacing a former parking lot and sales center that was used for a previous iteration of the project.
Renderings have been revealed for a five-story mixed-use development at 1045 N Rush Street in the Near North Side. Located along N Rush Street, the site is placed between E Bellevue Place and E Cedar Street. LFI Development is behind the proposal.
Foundation permits have been issued for a four-story mixed-use building located at 2317 N Clark Street in Lincoln Park. Developed by 2300 Clark Development LLC, the building will stand 50 feet tall with 2,350 square feet of retail space at ground level and 35 residences above on floors two through four. These units will range in size from one- to three-bedrooms, averaging 780 square feet. Additional features will include a common rooftop deck area, as well as private terraces and balconies for occupants.
