The latest installment of the “Sister Cities” series focuses again on Milwaukee, where “The Couture” continues to rise at 909 E Michigan Street. Developed by Barrett Lo Visionary Development, the 44-story mixed-use project will soon be Wisconsin’s fourth tallest building and its tallest primarily residential development. Having now passed the halfway mark, the skyscraper will stand 516 feet tall, slightly taller than The Row Fulton Market as a Chicago height reference.

Details Revealed For Residential Development At 1815 N California Avenue In Logan Square

Plans have been revealed for a new residential development at 1815 N California Avenue in Logan Square. Located at the southernmost edge of the neighborhood near the intersection with W Cortland Street, the vacant lot sits a few steps away from the 606 trail. The development is being led by Stanislaw Chodak and Wes Khan who are working with Hanna Architects on the design.

Initial Details Revealed For Cabrini Green Redevelopment

Initial details have been revealed for the next phase of the Cabrini Green redevelopment at 1450 N Larrabee Street in Old Town. Located towards the western-most edge of the neighborhood, the large wedged-shaped lot is bordered by angled N Clybourn Avenue on the west side. The project is being pushed by the Chicago Housing Authority with a development group made up of Pennrose Properties, Hunt Companies, Imagine Group, and a Cabrini-Green resident group, with JGMA serving as the architect.
