Located on an irregular parcel, the site is set back onto the interior of a block, fronting W Fullerton Avenue, N Cleveland Avenue, and N Cambridge Avenue. The property is located inside the Mid-North Historic District.
Construction permits were recently issued for a four-story residential building located at 2141 W Belmont Avenue in West Lakeview. Filed under the owner name 2141 W Belmont LLC, the project will house a total of three dwellings. In addition, the new development will feature a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a rear full-height porch, and a basement.
