Located on a corner lot, the project site sits at the intersection of W Irving Park Road and N Oakley Avenue. The property is currently home to the Chicago Joe’s Restaurant which is being sold by the owner. Landrosh Development is the developer behind the proposal.
Construction permits have been issued for 1755 W Cornelia Avenue, where the owner Volo Holdings LLC-1755 Cornelia Series has planned a three-story residential building. Located at the western edge of Lake View and set to house three total units, the development will also come with a basement, a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a front terrace at the first floor, and decks both along the front and rear exteriors. Residents will also have accessed to a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck.
The Chicago City Council has approved a mixed-use development located at 6100 S Halsted Street in Englewood. Located on a city-owned lot, the vacant parcel stretches from W 61st Street to W 63rd Parkway along S Halsted Street. Keith B. Key Enterprises is the developer behind the proposal.

The occupying owner is listed under Wesley Oaks, with plans for three total units, an ornamental metal fence, and a rear three-car masonry garage. The development will replace a now-vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.
