The owner is listed as Coen Construction and plans indicate that there will be two total dwelling units. Plans indicate the presence of a wooden privacy fence and a six-foot wrought iron fence around the property.
The new amenity clubhouse at Bronzeville‘s Prairie Shores residential complex has seen the completion of its new two-story amenity clubhouse. The building is the centerpiece of extensive renovation work that has been ongoing at the property. Golub & Company and Farpoint Development, who jointly purchased Prairie Shores in 2019 for $180 million, are responsible for the upgrades, which include interior renovations of the 1,675 residences, landscaping improvements, and common area upgrades.
Recently Chicago City Council approved the rezoning bid of 3310 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. The site is located north of the intersection of N Lincoln Avenue and W School Street. The lot is irregularly shaped and fronts the angled street.

A permit has been submitted, but not yet issued, to erect a three-story, multi-unit masonry building along with a two-vehicle garage. The filing also indicates the presence of a roof deck and an external staircase.
Foundation construction can be seen taking shape at 3501 N Halsted Street in Lakeview East, set to give rise to a new five-story mixed-use building. The facility will be a new hub for Howard Brown Health, which provides an all-encompassing approach to LGBTQ wellbeing at various centers throughout Chicago. Programming will include 7,600 square feet of ground-level retail, two floors of clinic space on the first two floors, and three floors of administrative space above. With this project alone, Howard Brown Health will double the organization’s capacity within the area.
