Located just south of the intersection with W Greenleaf Avenue, the site sits near Loyola Park and just north of the university itself. The proposal developer and architect are yet to be disclosed, but the developer will be seeing to rezone the site from RT-4 to B2-3, or Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

The exterior construction of a five-story mixed-use building is wrapping up at 7006 N Glenwood Avenue in Rogers Park. This building stands at the crossroads of N Glenwood Avenue and W Lunt Avenue. The 96 CTA bus stop is located at this intersection, and the Morse CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line, is just a block away.

Updated plans have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 7603 N Paulina Street in Rogers Park. Located on the northeast corner with W Howard Street just north of the CTA Red Line Howard stop, the project was originally announced in 2022 with two phases involving the demolition of the Werner Bros storage building. Now Housing For All LLC is back with a revised proposal for the affordable housing project designed by Cordogan Clark & Associates.
