Renovation permits have been issued for an existing four-story residential building located at 20 S Hamlin Boulevard in West Garfield Park. KEMT LLC is the listed owner of the currently unoccupied building. Plans include increasing the unit count from seven to eight, updated interior finishes, minor exterior site work, structural repairs and reinforcements, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed seven-story mixed-use development at 817 W Lake Street in the West Loop. Located at the intersection of N Green Street and W Lake Street, the subject property is made up of two lots that will be combined. These include the original Subarea B from the Shapack Partners’ 167 N Green Street project and the existing structure at 817 W Lake Street. Sancerre Realty is the developer behind the proposal.
Construction is nearing completion for a four-story mixed-use building, known as “The Mid,” located at 2423 W Fullerton Avenue in Logan Square. Sustainabuild is the developer behind the project, which includes ground-level retail, 21 total units, and a 21-car garage at the first floor. Outdoor space will include private balconies along the sides, as well as a rooftop deck.
Full construction permits have been issued for a five-story mixed-use building located at 2709 W Division Street in West Town. Planned by the Brinshore Development under the name Paseo Boricua Arts LLC, the new structure is set to replace four masonry buildings varying between one and four floors.
