Full construction permits were issued last week for the conversion of a five-story parking garage into a seven-story mixed-use building, filed under the address 3121 N Broadway in Lake View. The owner, 3115 Properties LLC, is planning 72 apartments, seven of which will be affordable. Additional programming will consist of ground-level retail, 56 on-site parking spaces, and a rooftop terrace and enclosure. With the two added floors, the building will stand just under 83 feet in height.

The Zoning Committee has approved the rezoning application for a residential development at 3250 N Clark Street in Lakeview East. The site is on an interior lot between W Aldine Avenue and W Belmont Avenue. 3250 N Clark LLC is the developer behind the project.
