Foundation work has begun for a new four-flat at 1210 West Wellington Avenue in Lake View, now that the previous structure has been torn down and rubble hauled away. Bachula Development Group is erecting the three-story with basement, four-condominium building on the site, having received a new construction permit (assigned to 1208 West Wellington) on the 13th of this month.
1208 West Wellington Avenue, a new three-story, four-dwelling unit residential building, has been approved in Lake View. When complete, the property will feature a roof deck with roof access and a rear stair. In addition, project work will result in the construction of a detached four-vehicle garage with a roof deck and pergolas.
The residential development at 707 West Briar Place in the city’s Lake View neighborhood has reached its full height, as exterior masonry work nears completion. Windows now cover the front façade, while the building’s front door and second-floor terrace doors are awaiting installation.
