The property will also feature a six-vehicle parking slab at the rear of the building. The permit owner has been listed as 4119 Ashland Corp. The project will replace a former multi-unit building.

The permit’s owners have been listed as Irving Flats LLC and plans indicate there will be first-floor retail space, eight total units spread across the remaining floors including a duplexed basement. Full building permits have been issued for the residential development at 3449 N Ashland Avenue in Lake View. This third and final phase of a larger block-long project will sit on the southeast corner with W Cornelia Avenue and finish the replacement of the Loyola Press building that stood on the site for 97 years. Developed under an LLC for the address, Contemporary Concepts Inc is the company behind the three structures and have been working with Studio Dwell Architects on all of their designs.

913 W School Street Begins Facade Work in Lake View

Cladding installation has started on a five-story residential structure located at 913 W School Street in Lake View. The Hageman Group plans to have a total of 22 apartments, which will include four studios, eight one-bedrooms, eight two-bedrooms, and two three-bedroom apartments. Nearly half of the residences will have outdoor access, in which four of the units will have balconies and another six will have terraces.
