A renovation permit was issued on June 3rd to add a pair of dwelling units to the residential building at 616 West Patterson Avenue in Lake View. The three-story building currently contains six units, with the two new units designated for the garden level. The permit application was filed on December 26th of last year, and was issued June 3rd with a reported construction cost of $50,000.

“Pattesron Lamdba LLS” is named in the permit as the property owner, but that should probably read “Patterson Lambda LLC.” They received a permit on December 23 of last year to renovate the two units on the first floor and remove non-load-bearing partitions from the basement level. That permit came in at a reported cost of $45,000. For both projects, Mario Cruz is listed as the architect of record and 5 Seasons Development Company, Inc is the general contractor.
