A zoning application has been filed for a mixed-use development at 3955 N Kilpatrick Avenue in Old Irving Park. This project, under the development of GW Properties and designed by Pappageorge Haymes, marks a shift from a previous all-retail proposal. Set to occupy large vacant lot formerly used by People’s Gas, the five-building complex would be a significant addition to the recent surge of new units and retail within the Six Corners area. The construction would follow other major projects in the vicinity such as the 206-unit 6 Corners Lofts and the 258-unit senior living development known as Clarendale Six Corners.

City Announces Winners Of Over $30 Million In Grants
