The project was announced earlier this year as the team, led by 4Corners LLC, prepares to replace a former church rectory on the corner of Western Avenue, directly across from the Eisenhower Expressway.
Four permits have been issued to construct three-unit residences on the 1100 block of South Western Avenue in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood on the city’s Near West Side. The four identical permits, assigned to 1106, 1108, 1110, and 1114 South Western, were all applied for on August 8 of this year, and they all came through on December 2 with reported costs of $661,950 each.
