Owned by John Hanches, the project will comprise of two total units, a three-car concrete parking pad, and a finished basement that will house a second floor for the bottom unit. The new construction will replace a currently vacant grass lot.

The secondary lot, located at 2617 S Wabash Avenue, is occupied by an existing surface parking lot and one-story masonry building at the intersection of S Wabash Avenue and E 26th Street.
