Facade work is rapidly approaching completion for AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use development at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. AMLI is the developer, with plans for 5,900 square feet of retail at the base, as well as 318 apartment units above. The new 225-foot-tall structure will replace a parking lot and a one-story sales center that was built for a previous iteration of the project.
Near North Side
Foundation work is advancing swiftly for three residential buildings at 711-749 W Schiller Street in Near North Side. Co-planned by Evergreen Real Estate Group and Structured Development, each of the four-story buildings will house a total of 16 units. Amongst the 48 total residences, eight will be affordable while the remaining will be market-rate.
Structural work is now topped out with cladding nearing completion for 300 W Division Street, a seven-story mixed-use building at the southern edge of Old Town. The Domain Group is behind the development, whose plans comprise of retail space at ground level, and 89 apartments above. These units will be split with 65 one-bedrooms and the remaining 24 residences as studios. Ground-level parking will also be included, although the number of parking spaces is currently unknown.
Final exterior touches remain for a three-story climbing gym, the first stage of a larger mixed-use plan by Structured Development known as Big Deahl. Located at 1460 N Dayton Street in Near North Side, the facility will house a new Planet Granite and on-site parking with 16 spaces.
Work is wrapping up for Onni Group‘s Old Town Park Phase Three, a 41-story mixed-use tower located at 228 W Hill Street in Near North Side. The nearly complete development marks the final installation of a masterplan comprised of an additional 31- and 40-story tower, as well as the renovation of the existing nine-story Atrium Village Complex.
