Renderings have been revealed for a five-story mixed-use development at 1045 N Rush Street in the Near North Side. Located along N Rush Street, the site is placed between E Bellevue Place and E Cedar Street. LFI Development is behind the proposal.
Near North Side
Recent photos show rapid progress on window installation and masonry cladding for a seven-story mixed-use building located at 300 W Division Street in Near North Side. The developer The Domain Group has planned retail space on the ground floor, with 89 total apartments above. Of the units, 65 will be single bedrooms, while the remaining 24 will be studio apartments. A parking garage will also be integrated into the rear end of the structure, though the exact number of spaces is not currently known.
The proposed zoning has been approved for the nine-story hotel development at 862 N Orleans Street in the Near North Side. The interior lot, site of the future Stob Hotel, is located between W Chestnut Street and W Locust Street. Praia Management Group and Stob Hotel are responsible for the project.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved updated plans for Big Deahl, a development generally located at 1450 N Dayton Street in Near North Side. The V-shaped project site is bound by N Kingsbury Street to the west, W Blackhawk Street to the north, and N Dayton Street to the east. Structured Development is in charge of the proposal.
