Final facade work is underway for a three-building development known as Schiller Place Apartments, rising four stories for each building and located under the addresses 711-749 W Schiller Street in Near North Side. This residential undertaking has been planned by Evergreen Real Estate and Structured Development, whose plans include 16 apartment dwellings within each building, for a total of 48. These residences will vary between one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Buildijt features include a leasing office in the easternmost building, landscaping and street improvements, as well as 18 surface parking spaces in the rear.

Public transit options in the vicinity include bus service for Route 8, located a two-minute walk south to Halsted & Evergreen. Also nearby is additional bus service for Routes 9 and 72 via a six-minute walk north to North Ave & Clybourn/Halsted. The CTA L Red Line can also be found at this intersection via the North/Clybourn subway station. Those looking to board the Brown or Purple Lines will find Sedgwick station slightly further via a 12-minute walk northeast.

With a reported construction price tag of $25 million, GMA Construction is serving as the general contractor. A full completion and move-ins are expected for the first half of this year.
