Located at 4445 W Irving Park Road, the facility covers a city block bordered by W Irving Park Road, N Kenneth Avenue, and N Kilbourn Avenue. The 160,000-square-foot center will offer outpatient services for cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, imaging, immediate care, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, physical therapy, primary care, and urology.

Northwestern Outpatient Center Begins Construction in Old Irving Park

With permits issued late last year and foundation and excavating work having already begun, this new four-story medical facility will occupy the full block bound by W Irving Park Road, N Kenneth Avenue, a rear alley, and N Kilbourn Avenue.
