Jigzibik Continues Progress On Irving Park Road
Jigzibik, a first-of-its-kind rental development for Chicago at 2907-2917 West Irving Park Road in Irving Park, has been installing windows on its exterior facades as its progress continues. Most of the glass is in place on the back of the building, with the north facing along Irving Park Road almost halfway done. Balconies have been framed in, and many now include their glass doors. The first-floor space remains open to the elements, but that too should be enclosed soon. Multi-toned exterior brickwork is also in the building’s near future.
