Located on the southeast corner with W Montrose Avenue a few blocks west from Horner Park, the multiple-building proposal replaces the previous Twisted Hippo structure which burned down in February 2022. Now developer Alan Candea is working with local firm Compass Architecture on their design after receiving community feedback on an earlier iteration.
