The owner of the permits is listed as Kevin Murphy, and the current plans indicate this project will yield a total of three dwelling units and a detached three-car garage with a rooftop deck. The build will replace a vacant lot.
Michael S Cox is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description indicates a masonry exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 94 and can be found at California & Wellington a six-minute walk west. There is an abundance of entertainment, retail, and dining options steps away from the planned project along nearby Eston Avenue as well as the neighboring streets.
Summerhill Construction Inc will act as the general contractor for the $720,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
