Demolition at 3034 North Sheffield Avenue will clear the way for newly-permitted residential building
A demolition permit was issued on October 9 for the multi-unit residence at 3034 North Sheffield Avenue in Lake View. Next door at 3038, a coach house at the rear of the property has also been surrounded by demo fencing. Those two demolitions, to be carried out by Land Enterprises, will clear the way for a new three-story with basement, five-dwelling-unit building.
