A conditional permit was issued earlier this week for a new three-story residential building at 4020 N California Avenue in the Irving Park neighborhood. The owner is listed as Jason E. Krynski, and the plans indicate this project will yield a total of three dwelling units and a detached three-vehicle garage with a rooftop deck. The development will replace a vacant lot.
Maciej Bojarski is listed as the architect of record on the project. At the time of this writing, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed, however, plans indicate that this build will lean heavily on masonry contractors.
Future residents will find the closest bus service is Route 80. This service is found at the intersection of Irving Park & California and is under a minute’s walk from the future property site. The site faces Horner Park affording plenty of access to green space. There is an abundance of options for retail and dining available along Irving Park Road.
JEK Development Inc is serving as the contractor on the $200,000 build. An anticipated completion date has not been revealed.
