Construction is imminent at 3460 N Broadway in Lake View, the site of a new seven-story mixed-use development. The development is located on a corner lot at the intersection of N Broadway and W Cornelia Avenue. Public transportation access includes the CTA Bus at the Broadway and Cornelia stop on the corner of the site, serviced by Route 36 and a 10-minute walk to the Addison CTA station, serviced by the Red Line. Optima Inc is the developer-architect in charge of the design and development of the project.

Exterior Work Nears Completion at 369 W Grand Avenue in River North

Exterior work is wrapping up on the topped-out, 41-story residential tower at 369 W Grand Avenue, dubbed “The Grand” in River North. The project is both developed and constructed by Onni Group, and designed by Brininstool + Lynch. YIMBY last reported on the development in August when facade work was still needed on the top nine floors, four of which have since been completed.

Zoning Approved for Future Development at 3113 N Lincoln Avenue in Lakeview

The project is located on an unusual lot in the shape of a slight V, with frontage on both N Lincoln Avenue and N Greenview Avenue. The nearest CTA bus transportation is Routes 77 or 9 accessed at the Belmont and Ashland/Lincoln stop, only a three-minute walk away. The Paulina CTA L station, serviced by the Brown Line is a ten-minute walk away.
