Construction Commences on 920 W Cullerton Street at Mural Park in Pilsen
Construction has begun on the second phase of the adaptive reuse development dubbed Mural Park. Located at 920 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen, the building is the second of two old warehouses that will be transformed into Class-A office space. The site for the two buildings is bound by W 19th Street to the north, S Sangamon Street to the west, W Cullerton Street to the south, and adjacent buildings to the east, with S Peoria Street enclosing the full block.
Permits Issued for 2614 W Cortez Street in West Town
Permits have been issued for a three-story residential building planned for West Town. The owner, M14 Land Investments, LLC, is planning four total units for the building, as well as a basement, rooftop deck, and rooftop stair enclosure. For parking, there will also be a detached four-car garage with its own rooftop deck.
Construction Imminent for Gold Coast’s 1210 N State Parkway
Equipment is now on site for the 12-story mixed-use building at 1210 N State Parkway, formerly listed as 1200 N State Parkway. Located in Gold Coast, the development will replace a collection of now-demolished masonry buildings.

Construction is nearing completion on a four-story mixed-use development at 2145 S Halsted Street in Pilsen. The interior lot is located along S Halsted Street between W Cermak Road and W 21st Place. The nearest public transportation is the Route 21 CTA bus accessed at the Cermak and Halsted stop at the end of the block. The Halsted CTA L station, serviced by the Orange Line is the nearest stop, a ten-minute walk away. Vision Group Investments LLC is in charge of the development.
