Developed by DOM Properties Investment Inc., this project is one half of a dual-building development approved by the Chicago Plan Commission. The three-story structure, rising to 40 feet, will feature a basement and house five residential units.

Details have been revealed for the mixed-use redevelopment of 167 N Racine Avenue in the West Loop. The current building owners, the two brothers who own Celeste in River North, under the name 167 Racine LLC are developing the project designed by SPACE Architects + Planners.
