The City of Chicago has issued a new construction permit for a proposed 3-story, 3-unit residence at 5157 South Wabash Avenue in Washington Park. The project, with an estimated cost of $380,000, was approved through the standard plan review process.
The new residence will feature a rear 3-story staircase with decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors, a rear patio, and a 3-car parking pad. The total permit fee is $4,253.00, with $375.00 paid and $3,878.00 unpaid.
The permit was issued on: September 12, after a processing time of 91 days. Plans were designed by architect Charles Schwartz.
