Exterior work is nearing completion for 320 N Sangamon Street, a 13-story mixed-use building that has risen in West Loop‘s Fulton Market.
Construction has begun on a four-story residential development at 2401 S State Street in the Near South Side. The project is located at the southeastern corner of S State Street and E 24th Street. The nearest public transportation is the 29 CTA bus accessed at the State and 24th Street stop at the corner of the site. The Cermak-McCormick Place CTA L station, serviced by the Green Line, is a six-minute walk away. Real estate developer City Pads is in charge of the development.
Demolition permits have been issued for a three-story masonry building at 16 W Erie Street, located in Near North Side. The multi-unit residential structure is currently owned by KKDD LLC, who has not yet revealed plans for its replacement.
Construction is progressing on two residential buildings, part of the larger Southbridge development in the Near South Side. Addressed at 2310 S State Street and 2344 S State Street, the two buildings front along S State Street, between W 23rd Street and W 24th Street. The nearest public transportation is the 29 CTA bus route, running past the development on S State Street, with stops at 23rd and 24th Streets. The Cermak-McCormick Place CTA L station, serviced by the Green Line, is a five-minute walk away from the site.
Work is moving closer to topping out for Lake View‘s 3839 N Clark Street, where Clark Apartments LLC has planned a five-story residential building. According to permits issued this past January, the development will also include garage space on the ground floor, as well as a fitness center on the top floor.
