Permits have been issued for a nine-story mixed-use building at 751 N Hudson Avenue in River North. Planned by LG Development Group, the new construction which will yield ground-level retail space and 134 units on the above floors. Residents will have access to a fitness center, a second-floor pool deck with cabanas, fire pits, and an outdoor kitchen, as well as a top-floor amenity deck with unobstructed skyline views. Other features include a dog run, bike rooms, tenant storage, conference rooms, and co-working space with breakout rooms.
Facade Work Begins at 1045 on Fulton Market in the Fulton Market District
The 12-story mixed-use development known as 1045 on Fulton Market hit a key milestone this past week when its first facade pieces were installed. At 150,000 square feet, the boutique Fulton Market building at 1045 W Fulton Market offers ground-level retail, with office floor plates above ranging in size from 14,000 to 10,000 square feet. Both buildings have been co-developed by Fulton Street Companies and Intercontinental Real Estate.

Fronting N Halsted Street, the project site is located midblock south of W Armitage Avenue. The site is currently occupied by a single-story building holding the Manhandler Saloon. Mike Krueger is the developer behind the proposal.
