A new construction permit has been issued for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 519 West Fullerton Parkway in Lincoln Park. The permit, which was issued on November 22, is currently active and in the inspections phase before a certificate of occupancy can be granted.
The building will feature an elevator, be fully sprinklered, and have an eight-car detached garage with pergolas above. There will also be an exterior rear stair, front balconies on floors 1-3, and rear decks. Plans were self-certified by architect Jesse McGrath.
Various fees totaling $21,638.85 have been paid, including building, zoning, and other fees. Construction which is estimate to cost $2,000,000, is being led by owner David Payne.
