The Chicago City Council has approved the mixed-use development at 350 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market District. Located at the corner of W Carroll Avenue, the project received approval from the Chicago Plan Commission last month and is now ready to proceed, pending funding and building permits from developer Sterling Bay.
The Chicago Plan Commission on Thursday approved Sterling Bay’s proposed residential tower at 350 North Morgan in the Fulton Market District. The development required a zoning change from Business Planned Development 1456 to Residential Business Planned Development 1456.
Plans are progressing for the mixed-use proposal at 350 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Earlier this year we covered when the project received a slight redesign from its initial reveal around a year ago. The tower will rise on the corner with W Carroll Avenue and adjacent to Google’s current office, with Sterling Bay acting as the developer.
