Range Group is erecting a five-story, 72-unit building designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture here, with one retail space, a residential lobby, bike storage, and a 33-space parking garage on the first floor. The permit application is dated October 11, 2024, and shows an estimated cost for this phase of construction of $17 million.
