The filing shows Greenline Development Inc as the listed owner of the project, which will come with two units, a basement, and a detached two-car garage. This new pair of structures will replace a formerly vacant grass plot that was zoned for RM-5.
John Hanna of Hanna Architects is the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been revealed, and currently it is unclear if the design will be frame or masonry.
