Leader Architect’s Alan Leskiv is the filing’s listed architect. No renderings or drawings of Leskiv’s design have been revealed, and it remains unclear if the design will be frame or masonry.

Beyond the two on-site parking options, residents will have access to bus service for Route 20, located just paces to the north at Madison & Menard. Slightly further bus lines within a roughly five-minute walk include Route 85 to the east, Route 126 the south, and Routes 91 and 315 to the west. Residents will also have two different CTA L options, the closest of which is the Green Line at Central station via a 15-minute walk northeast. Those looking to board Blue Line trains will also find Austin station via a 16-minute walk southwest.

Expansive green and recreational space are just a two-minute walk south at the northern edge of Columbus Park. At more than 140 acres, this park offers a golf course, open grass areas, sports fields, a lagoon, a public pool, and a playground.

Medlock Construction Inc. is the general contractor behind the $350,000 undertaking. The owner has not released an anticipated completion timeline.
