Issued to the developer on January 17, the permit calls for a front stairway, rear stairs connecting both above-ground floors, and a concrete pad off the alley with three parking spaces.

Peter Sterniuk is named in the permit as the architect of record, with Keos Realty, an LLC with a cited address in Parkland, FL listed as the general contractor. Construction cost is estimated to be $400,000. The home replaces a long-vacant lot, which Redfin shows sold for $80,000 in August of last year.
