Construction permits have been issued for a new three-story, three-unit residential development at 6508 S Ingleside Avenue in Woodlawn. The owner and developer, filed under GA Roslyn LLC, has also planned for the building to include a rear open metal porch spanning the full height and three parking spaces. The new construction will replace a formerly vacant lot.
Revised plans have been revealed for a proposed residential development at 640 W Irving Park Road in Uptown. Sharing sites with the existing Immaculata High School, the 22-story building will rise in front of Lake Shore Drive and offer residents unobstructed views of the lake. The project is being developed by KGiles LLC and CA Ventures and designed by Perkins Eastman with Level Architecture.

Owner Saheed Tepede has planned three dwellings, each with a private rooftop deck space, as well as a three-car frame garage. Prior to construction, this property was occupied by an empty lot.
Construction equipment is now on site, with foundation work imminent for Sterling Bay‘s first building at Lincoln Yards. This new structure, known as ALLY at 1229 W Concord, will serve as an eight-story office venue for bioscience-related companies. At 320,000 square feet, the edifice will feature a double-story lobby, flexible floor plates, and an east-facing terrace with river and skyline views.
