Chicago Bears Reveal Plans For New Lakefront Stadium

Initial details have been revealed for the massive redevelopment of Museum Campus for the new Chicago Bears stadium near downtown. The new structure will replace the existing parking deck to the south of Soldier Field, with the plans being revealed the day before the NFL draft. The proposal is being led by the team itself along with the City of Chicago, with Kansas City-based Manica Architecture working on its design.

Arlington 425 Project Receives Extension in Arlington Heights

The Arlington 425 project in downtown Arlington Heights has recently received a six-month construction-related extension from the Village Board. The extension, approved on April 15, extends the deadline for the proposed mixed-use development from May 3 to November 3. The development will eventually contain a combined total of 319 residential units and approximately 7,500 square feet of commercial space alongside 479 parking spots.
