Facade work is rapidly approaching completion for AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use development at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. AMLI is the developer, with plans for 5,900 square feet of retail at the base, as well as 318 apartment units above. The new 225-foot-tall structure will replace a parking lot and a one-story sales center that was built for a previous iteration of the project.
Zoning has been approved for a residential development located at 4179 W Belmont Avenue in Belmont Gardens. Located at the intersection of W Belmont Avenue and N Tripp Avenue, the project will be located on a corner lot. Noah Properties is the developer behind the project.
Construction permits have been issued for a three-story residential building at 1462 W Winnemac Avenue in Uptown. Yuliya Bednarchuk is the filing owner, whose plans include three total units, a rear terrace on the first level, a rear deck with stairs at the second and third floors, and a detached three-car garage with a rooftop deck. The new development is set to replace a two-story frame residence.
Zoning has been approved for the proposed Northwestern Medicine Advanced Outpatient Care Center in Old Irving Park. Located at 4441 W Irving Park Road, the site spans the full block from N Kenneth Avenue to N Kilbourn Avenue. Planned by Northwestern Medicine, the development will replace multiple structures currently fronting W Irving Park Road.
Foundation work is advancing swiftly for three residential buildings at 711-749 W Schiller Street in Near North Side. Co-planned by Evergreen Real Estate Group and Structured Development, each of the four-story buildings will house a total of 16 units. Amongst the 48 total residences, eight will be affordable while the remaining will be market-rate.
