Construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building at 2448 W Diversey Avenue in Avondale. The owner, filed under Padraig McGuire, is planning three units for the project. The project will also feature a basement, a front-facing deck on the fourth floor, a rear first-floor terrace, rear decks on the upper three floors, and a rooftop deck. As far as parking, the owner also plans a three-car detached garage with an additional rooftop deck.
As the 30th tallest entry in Chicago YIMBY’s end-of-year countdown the approved 330 N Green Street, set to reach 288 feet in height, currently awaits groundbreaking in the Fulton Market neighborhood. Dubbed “The Porch,” Sterling Bay’s 20-story mixed-use development will provides a unique set of features that help blaze the trail for the 21st-century office block.
A demolition permit have been issued for a 1.5-story masonry residential building, located at 2725 W Potomac Avenue in West Town. In February prior to the current demolition permit, the owner Dubbs Enterprises LLC filed under Mark Pimperton was issued a construction permit for a three-story residential building with a basement and three total units. The official floor count has yet to be confirmed, as a currently pending electrical permit lists the new structure’s height as four stories.
Structural work is nearing completion for a six-story mixed-use building at 1123 W Randolph Street in West Loop.
