A Look at the Museum of Gospel Site in Bronzeville

In the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, the historic site of the Pilgrim Baptist Church, located at 3301 S Indiana Avenue, is undergoing a transformation into the National Museum of Gospel Music. The design of the project blends the past and present, incorporating the original limestone walls of the church. The developer for the project is Don Jackson, CEO of Central City Productions and founder of the Stellar Gospel Music Awards, in collaboration with architect Dirk Lohan of Wight & Company.

Move-Ins Underway Alongside Resident Move-Ins at Structured Development’s Wendelin Park

Wendelin Park, previously known as The Shops at Big Deahl, is now partially open to residents. This $250 million, mixed-use Clybourn Corridor project, managed by Structured Development, is adding three residential buildings to the area: Post Chicago, The Seng, and the soon-to-be-completed Foundry. These buildings, alongside a new 26,000-square-foot public park and public art installations, follow the 2021 completion of Movement Lincoln Park, the first stage of the masterplan and the tallest climbing gym in the city.
