Renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development at 3914 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. Located on a midblock site, the property is along N Lincoln Avenue between W Byron Street and W Irving Park Road. The parcel encompasses a vacant lot, a vacant storefront, and an orange-rated building at 3930 N Lincoln Avenue containing the Crawford Plumbing Supply company. Longford Construction the developer behind the proposal.
Full construction permits were recently issued for a three-story residential building planned for 6223 N Albany Avenue in West Ridge. Nenand Zecevic is the listed owner, who plans for three total units and a two-car garage. The structure is set to replace a currently vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.
Facade work is approaching completion for Peoria Green, a six-story residential development underway in West Loop. The developer ZSD Corp is planning 17 condominium units split into two wings under the addresses 123 S Peoria Street and 128 S Green Street. The construction is replacing a former parking lot, adding to the rapidly evolving density of West Loop’s southeast corner.

The structure is set to replace a former parking lot and two-story brick commercial building, and is the third installment of a three-part development that is bound by Wolcott, Lawrence, and Ravenswood Avenues. While the first sub-area is a now-complete single-story bank, the second planned development received permits earlier this month under the same developer, architect, and general contractor.
