The Saint Grand, a mixed-use development at 218 E Grand in Streeterville, has opened for residents. The project, led by Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development, was topped off in August 2023. The building was designed by NORR and constructed by Lendlease. The building also offers 7,500 square feet of retail space and a bike room for residents and office tenants.
Further renderings have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 925 W Belmont Avenue in Lake View. Sitting near the CTA Belmont stop just west of N Halsted Street, YIMBY originally covered the project earlier this month when revealed by the Alderman. The project is being led by Mavrek Development with local firm Eckenhoff Saunders working on its design.

Sitting on the intersection with S Morgan Street near Mary Bartelme Park, the proposal had a potential second-phase revealed on its new zoning application. Located just north of the six-corner intersection with W North Avenue and N Milwaukee Avenue, the project will replace a long-term vacant lot. The project is being led by Mavrek Development and Canvas Real Estate.
