Initial details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1624 N Damen Avenue in Wicker Park. Located just north of the six-corner intersection with W North Avenue and N Milwaukee Avenue, the project will replace a long-term vacant lot. The project is being led by Mavrek Development and Canvas Real Estate.

A three story construction project at 935 W Webster Avenue in Lincoln Park has now topped out. Mavrek Development is overseeing this mixed-use redevelopment, which builds upon the existing one-story structure that was once home to the State restaurant. The redesigned building will incorporate four new apartment units above retail space on the first floor.
